I have a big huge hank of lace or finger weight hand dyed 100% wool yarn, never opened, never used. I bought it on eBay not realizing it was that weight. It has every color in the rainbow, crayon-colors (yellow, red, purple, royal blue).
I think it can be used for socks. If you are interested, I can send you a picture. I can also wrap it around a needle size of your choice and tell you how many wraps per inch, since I am not sure of it's exact weight classification.

I don't know what happened to the formatting, so you have to scroll down to see them. There's 5 packages for sale, including the lace/finger weight yarn you are interested in. It is 400 yds and the label says sz 6-8 needle, but I don't know what they were thinking. It looks like it wouldn't work with anything bigger than a 4 needle to me, IMHO.
I have 2 50g skeins of Regia Stretch in color: Clown. I would love the chance to try some lorna's laces ! I also have other yarns I could trade, but that is the only sock yarn.
