help finding pattern
I love this hat http://www.littleturtleknits.com/everyonepatterns.htm
... the ear warmer cap.

I can't see paying $14 for the pattern (plus shipping)

Has anyone seen a similar pattern?

I'm sure some of you experienced knitters :XX: might whip one up just by looking at it, but I'm not that good! :crying:

Thanks for any help!

I think I could figure out how to adapt that widening back part if I were crocheting, but I'm not an experience enough knitter to do that, either. I've not seen that hat before; it's really neat!

That's a good Idea.... I could knit a plain beenie style hat and then crochet the bottom.

I might have to give that a try....

If anyone has seen another pattern like it, I would love to see it!

Thanks!
