Simple question on "Work 2 rows in stocking stitch"
Hello,

I am just getting back to knitting after taking a break for like 2 months *GASP*

Anyway, I wanted to get back with a hopefully quick project - this dish cloth: http://www.royea.net/triangles.html

In the directions, it says:

"Work 2 rows in stocking stitch (knit one row, purl one row)"

So, do I end up knit one row, purl one row, knit row, then purl one row - does this make 2 rows of sticking stitch??? Or is it really just knit one row, then purl one row??

Am I think about this too hard?? :D

Thanks!

Just one row of knit, one row of purl. Together they make 2 rows of stocking stitch.
