Cute little kitty, D!

EKG, maybe you can wait and see what the new favorite spot is?

KellyK, my kitty bed walls have COMPLETELY flopped. I think it was my home-spun yarn to blame, because I had a couple of rows near the bottom which were less dense. I do intend on making the walls of kitty bed #2 thicker. Seems like it can't hurt, right? Let me know if you do that yourself.

Femmy, find anything good in your stash?

Love the little kitty, D - btw, welcome fellow Pennsylvanian! My DH has family all around Philly; we're the only ones out in the sticks .

yay! everyone's stuff looks so good. My kitty bed might end up being a kitty MAT :-) I haven't had time to work on it!

I wonder if the bed walls would be sturdier if the yarn was doubled?

Finished my knitten/knitty today. Alas, there is no face, and *cough* yes it is lime green. It was the only spare yarn I had available. I know my cats won't mind.
Thanks for the welcome Rebecca, even if you are in the 'burbs, it's nice to see a fellow Pennsylvanian on here.
So I took pics before the cats rip it apart:

This is my first completed project. I've still got a bit to go on my scarf. I love making quick, little items. It gives me something to do, and I won't getting too bored because it doesn't take too long.

Oh, D, I like your green one even better! Love the ribbon, it makes it.

...So um, am I the only one that has taken her Shelter-Project and given it straight to her own pet instead? I'm spinning yarn for a second cat bed for the shelter. But I couldn't resist giving the project over to my own sweetums!

I'm still working on my kennel blanket(s). I went with a pattern from "Hugs for Homeless Animals" but my breaks at work only give me time enough to do a row and a half at a time. drag...
i want to get at least a couple done as I don't wanna take them to the shelter one at a time... just keep knitting, just keep knitting.... :XX:
