We don't know why, but the chat daemon keeps shutting itself down. Denise, I'm going to give you a direct access to re-start the chatroom yourself, since we go out on Tuesday nights.

Okay, it appears that there's no harm in making this available publicly, so I've posted a thread with instructions for re-starting the chatroom. Anyone can do it as needed.
