Help-Frogged/Putting Stitches Back on Needle
what is the best way to put stitches back on after taking them off the needle? i'm doing a inc/dec pattern. It's easier to follow the stitches when its a rib or garter stitch but I get lost with this pattern

i've already frogged this thing like 7 times- please tell me there is a better way

Check out the videos on this page, under the title "Fixing Mistakes". There's a video on reinserting the needle that should help you out.
