searching for a pattern

Alright....since I'm Canadian and proud to be I am in need of some patriotic lovin lol See my friend is more patriotic than myself (which is hard to believe) and he sees his fellow friends from the USA with afghans made like the American flag and wondered if I could make one...more like hinted. So out on a voyage I went to find the pattern on the internet but to my dismay all I can find is American ones. As much as I think they're equally nice...I'd like to have a pattern for a Canadian one. Any one know of ...one??

Excellent question imo :D In my early days of searching for patterns on the internet, I came across a pattern for knitted socks with the Canadian flag on the ankles. I never saved it though and couldn't find it when I went back to try and bookmark the pattern.
