I have some!
I lived in Anchorage, Alaska for 14 yrs. Just before we moved my dh asked me if there was anything from there that I'd like to buy before we left. I told him I'd love one of the Qiviut scarves that the native ladies knit.

They have their own shop there in downtown Anchorage. Depending on which village knitted it depends on what pattern is knitted. :XX: :XX:

He is a doll. He bought me one. I'v had it for 10 yr.s now and I wear it a few times every winter. It is so soft you cannot even tell you have it on except its so warm too. I wore it to my knitting class a few weeks ago and as soon as I walked in the door my yarn lady said WOW!!
