Colour Charts?
Are colour charts for knit and crochet interchangeable?
I'm thinking that they are, you just have to be aware of the differences in the proportions of the stitches. Whatcha think?

Definitely. I've used crochet charts. Cross stitch and needlepoint charts are good, too.
