Clapotis yarn advice needed

for a clapotis. I am on a tight budget but I think I am going to get a KnitPicks gift certificate for Christmas. I was looking at the Andian Silk Twist. Would that be a good choice? In the description it says to avoid pooling alternate between balls of yarn every two or three rows. Would this be a problem with this pattern?

Hey Lindsey

I have a friend that knit a beautiful clapotis using Andean Treasure and I think Knitpicks Shine Twist carried with it, but I don't know for sure bc she's out of town. And, if it was Shine Twist, the color she used is no longer available. I'm sorry, I don't know more about the pooling of this yarn bc I did mine with Karaoke. But, if you join the yahoo group clapotis2005, I'm sure that they can answer your question quite fast. Just go to yahoo.com & look up yahoo groups & then search clapotis2005 & join & I know they will certainly know the answer
