Has anyone ever made....
socks out of this stuff?

http://www.yarn.com/yarns-knitting/sox.html

Is it washable ya think? durable? I want to knit with bigger yarn. This size 2 needle stuff is for the birds.

I've not used that particular yarn, but have made worsted wt socks & they are very thick & warm, I use them for cozy slippers :D

I've not used that yarn, but I have made socks using worsted weight on size US6dpn's and hated the way that they felt. They were all pebbly on the bottom. As tiring as size 2 (and less) needles are, the sock feels better on my feet.
