Personally, I wouldn't bother. Looks like all you need is a board and some finishing nails to make one, it would be a lot cheaper that way to find out if you really want to spend the money. Another consideration; how do you change gauge with it, or do you need more sizes?$$$

I don't know what the knit wit is (besides the name of my blog!!!) but the knifty knitter is great--I have one and use it from time to time even though I know how to needle knit--I got one for my niece for Christmas.
