knitting for boys

Hi
are there any knitting books out there with patterns just for boys. i have got a few out of my local library but all the kids ones have about 3 patterns for boys and loads for girls. no good to me sith 2 boys to knit for :rollseyes:

I also have a hard time finding patterns for boys. Hats/scarves/sweaters can all be changed to suit a boy however. I really like the patterns from knitty.com. They have a few patterns for boys/men. Maybe you've discovered the secret to breaking into writing about knitting. You should write your own book and get rich!

A good old top down raglan with, as Joe said, a racing stripe is always good. I have a book called Tadpoles and Tiddlers that has Rowan patterns--lots for girls, but many for boys, too. I generally find a chart of something the boys like and add it to a basic sweater.
