OT - ThermaCare heat wraps *Girlie stuff*
Anyone try/use these? After going off the pill I have had the worse periods. I am always looking for anything to help. I know they used to make one for menstrual cramps. I'm thinking of picking some up at work otherwise anyone who talks to me wrong tonight may find their arm broken.

I use them because I have horrific cramps and they are a godsend! I put one on my tummy for a while, then switch it over to my back after a bit, because it's still nice and hot!

I used them when I was in college. I didn't like how heavy they were--I felt like they were pulling my undies down

I'm fond of them, but tighter pants do help keep the pressure on the pad.

I knew that this topic would end up in here at some point

Anyway I use a dose of midol and a heating pad which works well but keeps me in one spot (not that staying in one spot is all that bad really ) I have never thought of using Therma care pads!

Blackberry tea is good too! (not applied to your body, but consumed!)
