Heres my problem. I am following the pattern to make fingerless gloves off of ohmystars.net.
I've finally got the ribbing down and it looks nice. but now one side is shorter than the other! I don't know what happened. I've been going slow and paying attention so I know I didn't miss something. I'm wondering if maybe it's the yarn.
I'm using TLC Essentials in surf and turf (I know it's cheap stuff but I'm unemployed) and one side all the different colors are bright and vibrant. on the other it's all brown. (just the way it worked out) b
But on the bright and vibrant side I count 7 rows. and on the dark side. I couunt six. I mean. it's not a HUGE deal. it's my first project and all. but still. any clues?
You can unknit until you get to where the mistake is and then reknit that row and the following rows. To unknit, you put your left needle into the stitch below the one that's on your right needle and slip it over and pull out the yarn.
