Ab fab throw pattern help please
Hello Everyone,

I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but I thought I would try.

I've been a crocheter since I was young and I've recently gotten back into it. I came across an ad for the Absolutely Fabulous throw in a crochet magazine and loved it! Once I saw that throw ad in a crochet magazine I knew I had to have it. I found one for sale on Ebay and scooped it right up!

My dilemma is that it only has the knitted patterns in the kit and I don't knit :-( I've contacted the distributor for the US and they don't support Ebay purchases. The also told me the "crochet" pattern for this throw is only available for the US.

My question is, did anyone get the crochet pattern with their kit? And if so, would you be willing to send me a copy? I know this may be a strange request from someone you don't know, but I don't know where else I can get the crochet pattern.

Thanks for your time.

I don't have it, but if you didn't get what was described on the ebay sale perhaps you can contact the seller--did you get it recently?

Hi Diane,
I just read your thread and could understand your frustration. Hopefully by now you have found your pattern. I have the same type of delimma. I recently purchased an Absolutely Fabulous throw kit from a tag sale and didn't open it and check it after purchasing it. Later when I did open it, I found no patterns. I'm so frustrated because the patterns are so beautiful and I've tried to find just the patterns, but to no avail. I would love to have the knitting pattern for the scallops design. If you can be of help to me in some way, I would really appreciate it. Hope to hear from you.

Diane and Marilyn,

It looks like just a ripple afghan maybe one of these patterns would work?

When asking questions ALWAYS post the name and a link for the pattern if you have it.

Hi -
I just saw your post. Did you ever get the crochet pattern? I just came across it in my kit instructions. If you still want it, write to me at lkpumpkin at hotmail dot com.
