What pattern did you use? DPNs?

My SIL is expecting the end of June and my little nephew or neice will NEED socks in NC come Oct or so.

I think I'm going to buy some Sock Memories in Paperdoll or Grandma to make the ones for the girls... they all have birthdays coming up!! How cute would those be attached to the tag??

Those are adorable!!! Now tell me- were they quick to knit up because they are so small, or were they harder to knit because they are so small??

A little bit of both, really - - - I had to be careful of the needles, these things are so tiny that the dpns really do feel like wrestling a porcupine... but the dpn torture doesn't last very long, cuz they're so small!! :rofling:

I'm getting ready to post the pattern, I'll link it from here when I do. (There's another boy coming, so I'm making another pair right now!! )
