wee one version~ Prince Albert jacket
I'm considering starting with the Prince Albert jacket first. My granddaughter will be arriving shortly I just bought Lion Brand microspun yarn in Cherry Red and some cute ladybug buttons. As a newbie knitter maybe this would be a good first garment, and also less yarn to buy and faster to finish Then, I could takle the Einstein coat. It looks so classic and stylish! I don't think it will go out of style before I get it finished

Hey Andrea, where did you get your Lopi yarn? I didn't see if you posted that when looking.... it looks really nice, I'd like to check the price.

P.S. I just found some in a catalog from the Yarn Shoppe (Hershners) for $5.99 a ball. Is that good?

Poor Einy's getting further from the top! Has anyone started? My DH just asked me about the charge on our MC from Smiley's Darn it-he never looks at those things! I need to start soon, I'm so excited!!

I don't want to rain on your parade, ladies, but how long do you thing the thrill is going to last when it's all garter stitch? :rofling: I love this coat, but I don't think I could hang in there.
