I am DONE! Finished the bag last night felted and all. Sara was so excited that she took it to school still rather damp So when she gets home I will get a picture of it up for everyone. There are a few things that I would do differently but it is my very first made up as I go along bag so I am offically cutting myself some slack.

I was really stalled on my clapotis, but I got a new circular needle today because I've been having trouble with the stitches not fitting all on the straight needle I've been using, and wow! It has made such a difference! I'm knitting so much faster because it's no longer awkward to hold and the needles themselves are faster and lighter. I'm almost half done!

I realized earlier this week that I'm not going to finish in time, but I'm still going to put in a good effort. It's an enormous project and I'm still amazed at how much I've done in such a short amount of time.

Lisa- That is a good attitude to have! Just keep working at it and I will need to see pictures when you are finished!

Sandra...did you make two bags or is it reversible? Or is it two colors on the outside? It's beautiful and I'm sure your daughter loves it!
