YARN QUESTION...
I would like to make the knitted dishcloth and teatowel.

I have a cone of cotton which says...."for knitting machines and weaving looms" it says on the wrapper.....can I use this for regular knitting needles? 100% cotton 4 ply. Don't own a knitting machine.

On the wrapper....4sts. = 1inch
it says use a size 7 needle...is this the same as a knitting needle, and if so....mm. is it about 4.5......

Thank you in advance. :D

You can hand with it perfectly well. It's on the cone so it will fit on a knitting machine. Sugar & Cream yarn can be purchased on cones, too.

I say go for it.
