Scrunchable Scarf for DH
hey guys--I finally finished this scrunchable scarf! (it took 3 weeks! but I didn't work on it daily)

I knitted it in Lion's Brand Kool Wool (which is now discontinued) in Charcoal. I'm fairly happy with it--I think I would make it longer if I made it again..but I like lllooonnngggg scarves.

I used size 10 needles and it ended up being 7.5 inches wide and just a smidge under 60 inches long.

It's for dh for Valentine's Day...he doesn't know it's for him. Last weekend I asked him what he'd like if I ever decided to knit for him...he said "probably a sweater b/c I'd never wear a scarf or hat." :( Hopefully he'll like it anyway.

I don't think the pics do the scarf justice...I was very pleased with how even the stitches turned out.

yes, it was fun! I loved the color and bought the only 6 balls that were left. As I was getting close to the end I started worrying that I wouldn't have enough. When I finished binding off I had about 1.5 inches of yarn left hanging off the end...boy was that close! My scarf is actually a little longer than the pattern called for I believe--I think it said 55 inches long but I was aiming for 60 and almost made it.
