Simple carbs (refined sugars and all that) BAD. For me, within 30 minutes after a meal of simple carbs (like pancakes

), I must sleep--I have no choice--and I feel like crap for a few hours afterwards.
Complex carbs (whole grain goodness!) well, GOOD! Even energy, happy tummy, virtuous feeling...fabulous!

I'm pretty excited about the preservatives, too. I figure if my body is exhumed 500 years from now, I'll look EXACTLY as I did the day I was buried!
