Help/advice - to buy or not to buy?
OK, I need some support/advice here.

My yarn stash is getting quite pitiful after all of my holiday knitting. Well, this is a subjective thing as my husband swears that I have "more than enough yarn for six people"! Yeah, right! I'm going to have to show him some of Ingrid's photos and maybe he will stop with that nonsense!

Anyway... I was checking out Knit Picks and started creating a Wish List. It's up to about $70 with just WOTA and "one or two other things"! So... should I do this? I have never tried the WOTA and am finally taking the plunge to try the Felted clogs (I know, can't believe that I haven't done them yet either!) and... this wool seems perfect! Once I started picking colors, I just couldn't really stop myself So... should I do this? I am really not looking for the financial aspect of things - I'm wrestling with that independently - but more from a standpoint of, "This is great yarn for felting and you won't regret it" or "Just try a little bit before you go all out, you may not like it". I read Amy's post about the pilling sweater and am keeping that firmly in mind. This is fairly project specific (felting stuff) but... I'm unsure.

Next question: how should I do this? Should I use the web site and a credit card? Should I phone them? (I have tried waiting for the "Yarn Fairy" to show up at my house but :( ... she obviously got lost at one of your homes and is gonna be a no-show.) Has anyone had problems with either of these methods?

This is kind of a big purchase for me - I usually sneak in one or two things as a time. So... I am looking for your advice, suggestions or cautionary tales. OK, what do you think? To buy or not to buy?
