two circ question...

when i am using two circs to knit in the round is there any reason that i can't use two circs for any small diameter knitting? patterns of course are all arranged on DPNs for mittens if they are done in the round....i can't think of a reason why i can't do them on two circs anyway...am i missing something?

You can do any small diameter knitting on two circs. The only time it might get confusing is when a pattern refers to needle l, 2, and 3 when giving directions.
