Off-Shoulder Sweater Pattern
Hi, everyone!

I've semi-designed a sweater that I want to knit, but I'm fairly new to knitting and I don't think starting from scratch would be the best idea. So all I'm looking for is a sweater in the same shape as the one I want to make. I'd like it to be slightly off-shoulder, but without the several inches of folded-over ribbing that you often see (like this). Here's my oh-so-lovely drawing to show you what I'd like:

I've searched Knitty, did a Google search, and am now searching Knitting Pattern Central. Nothing yet. Does anyone know of a pattern, or a way around this? (I'm wondering if I could just skip a few inches of ribbing ... would that work?) Thanks!

did you see this pattern from knitty? It looks like it could work if you made the sleeves longer.

Here is one that I have been thinking about using.

She gives a lot of room to play with the pattern.
