Double Point Needles-I'm DOING IT!!!
I've struggled with this little problem for awhile, the needles just slide right out of my stitches. THen I had the grand notion to buy bamboo ones, and they're not as slippery, and I worked about 10 rows last night without losing a stitch. I'm so happy.

I had that same feeling not too long ago, when I finally was able to knit with dpns too!! Isn't it great??!!

OMG!!! I was just about to post almost the same exact message! I have been trying and trying with the DPNs, and I finally got it this morning! Yay for DPN success!!!

Bamboo is definitely the way to go! I've tried steel and plastic and it's a sad state of affairs...
