FO: "hearts" preemie blanket and roll brim hat

Okay so tab's blanket is so awesome that I almost didn't post this but here's two items I did for the compassionate KAL...the egg is a great idea to put the hat on...I didn't take a photo that way but for reference, my hat is about the same size as the one she made. My blanket is 15x15 and made from cotton tots.

btw: the hat way my first ever dpn experience--I used size 3 and Lion Brand's babysoft yarn. I didn't do the decreases correctly but it all worked out in the end...

I did enjoy using dpns and I am working on one more hat for the project before mailing them off..(on dpns, of course!).

A very good job on an especially nice reversible pattern.
