what is k next st tog with its wrap?

help with my new project...debbie bliss pattern
that says the above subject

At some prior point, you were told to do something like take yarn forward, slip stitch, take yarn back, slip stitch back. That creates a wrapped stitch.

Now the pattern wants you to slip your needle through the yarn that's wrapped around the stitch and slip it up on to the needle, then knit it with the stitch it was wrapping.
