Could someone please tell me if Duplicate Knitting and Double Knitting are the same?

It would be helpful to know the context -- but as far as I know they are not the same thing. Double knitting is a way of knitting where you knit a fabric that is double-sided but looks like stockinette on both sides (see video here). Duplicate stitch is stitching over existing knitting to add decorative elements (a better explanation with photos here).
