Need help on slipping stiches!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone Im new to this forum happy to join everyone out there.
I need some help because this pattern Im working on says to knit 2 stiches slip 2.I don't know if it means to just slip the two of the needle or something else. Right now Im just slipping them off but I have no idea if thats how you do it. Thanks.

sounds like you are doing it right. just slip them from one needle to the other without working the stitch.

-Slipped stitches should be slipped as if to purl, unless the directions specifically say to slip knitwise. (without working them)
