scarf that looks like a "lariat"
Soft, drapey lightweight scarf that lays across the neckline? Worn with suits & sweaters? Made with fine, silky yarn? Anyone have a pattern?

I don't have a good idea of what you mean by "lariat", but the book Last Minute Knitted Gifts has a pattern for an "airy scarf". It is a lacy wisp of a thing and really pretty... at least in the picture. I have the yarn (KP Alpaca Cloud), but have not made it yet.
