Jumper/Dress
I'm trying to find a simple jumper/ dress pattern for my niece. She isnt quite a year old yet, but I want to knit her something that wont be too hot. I live in West Texas, so sweaters wont get much wear.

Thanks!

I know KellyK has made this swing top for her own niece...

I'm wanting to make this dress for my baby girl,

http://www.debbieblissonline.com/books/bkb/bkb_4.htm

I had checked the book out from the library but liked it so much I ended up buying it (off eBay).

There is also this one in her Special Knits book

I'd just use a 100% cotton or cotton blend like Shine or Cotton Tots.

Have you checked out Knitty's Anouk? It's adjustable and made with cotton, I think

Here's the link

orientalpurl: I've looked at that jumper several times and I find it somewhat intimidating , but you know what? I'm gonna give it a try anyway! I'm going to be working on it in my knitting class at the LYS so I shouldnt be afraid.
