yarn for washcloths

What are good yarns for washcloths as opposed to dishcloths.

Some people will say Sugar and Cream, but I think it's too rough and not soft enough for facecloths myself. I just got some KP Shine for tank top and I'm thinking it might make a great facecloth! It's really soft! I'm sure there are others, but I don't know a lot of yarns yet.

I do all my washcloths with cotton chenille, and I love it - very soft and fluffy. (Though that's not true if it's not good quality. I did knit one with a super-cheap brand and it was awful. I use Crystal Palace.)

Bernat's Cotton Tots is the softest cotton I can find easily here... I'd love to get my hands on some cotton chenille!
