Cute sweater!
I saw this pattern in my Creative Knitting and Knit Simple magazines. It uses Red Heart Casual Cot'n yarn, but I'm not familiar with it. Frankly anything with the name Red Heart makes me want to run for the hills, but I thought I'd ask first. I know I can substitute, but I'm just curious.

That is cute! I bookmarked it, but I don't think I'd look at the Red Heart for it, either. Who knows? It could be the yarn of the century, but, well, you know.

I looked at the yarn at Joanns (online) and it looks like boucle or something.. I'll have to look at it sometime when I'm there. Lots of better choices though I'm sure.

I remember seeing that in an ad in a knitting magazine and liking the pattern. The yarn is 29% cotton / 61% acrylic / 10% polyester. Guess I'd have to feel it in person first! LOL

I think I'd prefer a solid color too, over the ones that they have.
