Best Booties

Here are my "Best Booties" from Hause of Yarn. I used a sparkley mohair blend for my friend's baby, Violet Star. I am so proud of myself. Yeah, there are places where they are a bit wonkey, but none of my friends knit!

The baby! :D Silly me, I threw the paper from the yarn away...If anyone wants to know what it is, I can ask at the yarn store when I go back. Just let me know.

I didn't want the traditional baby pink, white, yellow, or green...as you may guess, this family is pretty funky. I tried like everything to find purple fingering weight with the sparkle. I have never carried yarn before and did not want to try on my first bootie.
