Fuzzy Noodle Socks
Okay so i am near to ready to work on the heel flap on this sock. that darn cuff is taking way longer than it should...blast the only having time to knit at stop lights! hmph...

but i digress. i am a little confused as to what i am using for the flap. i have been knitting in the round on two circs and when it gets to the flap it has me start knitting in rows. i get WHY i am doing that i am just not sure HOW. do i just take all the stitches on the one needle and work only with them? the instructions for the gusset would have me believe that is true but i am not certain....

btw... does anybody thing it really matters that i k3 p3 instead of in twos? i was pretty sure it was threes when i started and didn't look at the pattern to verify ...i can't see why it would really matter but maybe i am not thinking right.

Just use the stitches that you have on one of your circulars and use those for your heel flap. Choose the one that has the working yarn with it then you will be good to go. And the 3x3 ribbing vs. 2x2 ribbing, I don't see it making any difference, just keep it consistent with sock #2 and it will be fine.
