If you completely alter a pattern..

... can you sell the finished product?

I've made 2 of the Bunny Buddy Blankets from Lion Brand yarn. The other day I was a bit bored so I decided to fool around with the pattern. Other than the process, I've completely altered the pattern so now I can make a Bear Buddy and a Kitty Kuddler Since they're totally diferrent am I "allowed" to sell these finished products?
