So how would you interpret this...
Keeping armhole edge straight, cont to dec at neck edge on every foll 4th row until 14 sts rem.

I understand WHAT to do, but just not exactly where to start...would you do it on rows 1, 5, 9, 13 (the K rows) and end with a K2tog, or not until rows 4, 8, 12, 16 (P rows) and start with a P2tog. Since it doesn't say THIS and every foll 4th row, I'm kind of inclined toward the second option. It's the left front of the baby bolero, and I'm starting with 18 stitches.

I would probably start it on row 5, my reasoning being that that first row is row 1 and the following 4th would be row 5. I don't think it makes all that much difference, though.
