I have to admit Limey, with all the family issues going on I've not tried them yet. I am keen to do so and hope to get to them this weekend as things have now started to calm down a bit. I hope its ok if I am a bit late with the questionaire response!

Pressure washed the house!? You don't do things by halves, our lass ... it's a good job we've got this hot weather so that the sofa, chairs and beds, carpets and rugs can dry out fast.

Thanks again for your time and help.

Hi Mulene

I was going contact you tomorrow (Fri) to tell you not to hassle about the questionnaire - you've had a terrific amount to deal with over the last couple of weeks - there's no problem at all.

I'll send you a private e.mail over the next day or so - very sorry, again, about your sad loss.

Hi Anne

Many thanks for your e.mail - Good Grief! I daren't leave you alone for a minute!

At the weekend you re-directed a waterfall over the house and now you tell me 'I worked up the pattern last night ... have just two more rows to go ...'

Hell's Teeth, I thought I'd sent you a knittin' pattern, not directions on how get up the north face of the Eiger!

But many thanks for your time and effort - whether you work with or without crampons - I'll send you the email questionnaire on Friday, if that's okay.
