OT: fusible shirring tape

Anyone know where I can buy it? HGTV uses it on several projects, but never lists a vendor. Joann's does not carry it.

I think any good yardage shop would have it. I have such a shop in my town that's been in business forever. It's one of those places locally owned that you don't even know it exists until you need it.
