Yeah, we have been chatting about the new yarns since I spotted the 1st new ones
Thus far I've only ordered a skein of Swish, the superwash wool for swatching and torture to see how it holds up...I will say that it is rather soft and I'm happy about it, but I've not yet gotten the chance to work on the swatch.
I am loving the new sock yarns and new yarn colors :D I am especially intrigued by the dyeable donegal sock yarn

The engagement of the century is imminent! The ring has been designed, the girl has been found, and the engagement date has been selected (not in this order of course! ) and nobody knows when go date will be once the engagement is underway! I neeeed to get started on that afghan i keep promising myself I will make for them....So tell us girl...is it afghan worthy? :D

What kind of dye would you use? Just wondering if anybody has ever dyed superwash with kool-aid??

harrrrrrrrrrumph!

that's okay....i decided that if i was going to make an afghan for my friends i would have to use a natural color and swish doesn't have one that will work very well.

i put something else in my basket instead....merino style i think?

can't decide if it would make a good afghan if i double stranded it, but it seems like it would!
