My first skein of malabrigo!! It's Paris Night, and will be a hat for my FIL to make up for a cruel christmas joke...read about it here
Anyways, DH was even impressed by it's softness!! And I love the color!! The Cotton Fleece in Lilac Haze is for my Green Gable. Both Mission Falls cotton are for the Children's Hat pattern in Last Minute Knitted Gifts, the Plymouth Baby Alpaca is for a stuffed teddy bear from the same book (almost identical to the Blue Sky Bobbi Bear). And then the big skeins of wool are from a Shepherds Association in Helvetia, WV (local to where my inlaws live) I'm thinking warm wooly mittens. It's not that soft, but I couldn't resist!!

In maine this month we have something called the Maine Fiberarts tour and I just found a map I didn't even know how many places there were around me to get natural fibers and I have 3 farms fairly close to me that raise alpacas and sheep now I need more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
