I used this pattern to knit with sugar N cream cotton yarn to make this cardigan?

If not could you suggest one that would work?

Thanks Cathy

The LB Jiffy is a bulky yarn and the gauge is different so that will affect the size. You can do multiple gauge swatches till you match it, but it might be better to find one closer. From a personal perspective I wouldn't use Sugar and Cream for clothing. Even washed I don't find it that soft. That could be just me though.

Here's a place where you can search for the same weight yarn.
