I am kniting a pattern and cannot understand what the following means:

K1 *yfwd, pass 1 over 2, k1. *repeat to end of row.

I know it does not mean the same as psso.

I think that it means you will pass the K1 over the yfwd and off the needle, and repeat to the end of the row. Also, if you were wondering, in this case yfwd means the same as yo (yarn over). Because there is an increase (yfwd) and a decrease (passing the stitch over) on each repeat between the *...*, your stitch count should remain the same once you reach the end of the row.
