knit to the last pair of sts?
Ok, let's just call this pregnancy brain as it seems like such a simple instruction but for the life of me, I can't figure it out...
I'm doing a mini sock, using a free pattern from Opal. The pattern is pretty straight forward until I get to turning the heel... Now, I've seen other sock patterns and this is the first time I've come across a 'turning the heel' part worded like this... ???
Row 3: YO, knit to the pair of st from the last row, turn.
Row 4: YO backward, purl to the pair of st from the last row, turn.
Repeat rows 3 and 4 until there are 4 sts in the center of the heel and three sets of paired st plus 1st on each needle.
I'm confused about that part (the part in bold)... what pair? does that mean the last two stitches? I would assume it does, but... ??
