Here is my 2 cents: smart business owners live by the philosophy that CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, but not all business owners are smart. I am sorry if I offend any business owners here but that's what I believe. I just know that a friendly store gets me go back over and over again. Speaking of what, I will visit kemp's store again real soon !

I've never had to take any yarn back... when I am looking for a certain yarn for a certain project they tell me if I can't get the gauge, will not work, or I don't care for it just bring it back in... I have got some that didn't work but I just put it with the other stash until I found something for it...

Since she was just changing to a different color and it hadn't been used I'm surprised they gave her a hard time.. esp since she paid more they didn't lose any money
