Finishing Question

I'm getting ready to block and finish a knitted vest of different colored stripes. My question is: do I weave in the many ends before finishing the seams/neck and armhole bindings or after? The pattern does not stipulate.

I think you can go either way before putting on the edges. You might want to weave the ends in first, so they don't get in the way of picking up the stitches for the collar and arms, but otherwise I don't think it matters. You should weave them in before blocking, though, I believe.
