Yep, that was my starter wheel. It's a little tipsy, but you can probably fix that by filling the base PVC pieces with weights or something (fishing line weights maybe?). There are some holes in the bottom piece for the "lazy kate" pegs, so you can't use sand or anything too small. I never weighted mine, because I didn't think about it until after I got my current wheel. lol The bobbins are small, but who cares when you're learning. It IS a great learner wheel.
Once I had my current wheel, I knew I would probably never use my Babe again, so I sold it on ebay to someone else just learning to spin. I got $150 for it which I promptly blew on fiber.
