hat
can this pattern be done on circular needles? if so what length cord???? i would like to make this for my husband today but i dont want to have any seams.

You sure could, I'd use a 16 inch needle, but you would need to change to either DPNs or two circs when you get to the small diameter at the top. Also, you wouldn't be able to do the VW logo in intarsia because you can't do intarsia in the round, but you could duplicate stitch (embroider) it on afterwards.
