bigger booga bag?

I'd like to make a bigger booga bag to use as a diaper bag. I've seen posts how others have done it but have a question. How long should my circ needles be? I am planning on increasing everything in the pattern by 20.

I think that i used a 29" needle. whatever you can buy from JoAnn. I'm sure that a 24" needle would have worked.

when I made my bigger booga, I did the same thing, added 20 to everything. I used my 16" circs. the stitches were squished togather on there, but it worked just fine.
